Just recovered from my sickness, fully, and tried to run again in school today. Experience was ok but chiobu never turned up. I tried following the 13-week training program, which started off with running 1 min, rest 2 min x 12, and I sticked through with that for today's session. But was really slow. Only complete like 200m within all the 1 min that I ran. If super interpolated, would mean i'm doing my 2.4k at 12min or even longer. Sian..
I want to be faster, last long and get my resting heart rate to be sub-50. (hypothetical aims)
I also experience my first running antic today. I went to subway, covered with sweat, and order a wrap. The 'sandwich maker' was freaking meticulous about making my wrap, in mild fear that she might add something fattening that might ruin my earlier training. Seems really funny. To me at least.
